3 Product Accuracy & Estimates

SVN Interio strives for maximum accuracy across all material listings including uPVC window systems, structural steel beams, marine plywood, PVC wall decor, and door hardware fittings:

• Catalog Accuracy: Technical dimensions, finishes, load capacities, and color swatches displayed on screen are representative. Actual physical material finishes may vary slightly due to raw material batches or monitor calibrations.
• Quotation Validity: Material price quotes generated via our quote form or sales desk are valid for the duration specified on the formal estimate document. Rates for raw materials (such as steel or PVC resin) are subject to prevailing market fluctuations.

4 Ordering, Site Delivery & Damage Inspection

When placing bulk material orders for construction sites or interior renovation projects:

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of written purchase order and agreed advance payment terms.
• Clients or site representatives must inspect shipments upon arrival at the project site.
• Any transit damages or quantity discrepancies must be noted on the delivery consignment copy and reported to SVN Interio within 48 hours of unloading.

5 Warranties & Limitation of Liability

SVN Interio warrants that all products supplied comply with manufacturer quality certifications (e.g. ISO standards for uPVC, SS304 steel grade ratings, boiling-water-proof plywood ratings).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, SVN Interio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper third-party site installation, unauthorized structural modifications, or failure to follow manufacturer care guidelines.

6 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or supply of materials shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttarakhand, India.
